1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the calo4d website, mobile application, and all associated services accessible via the domain calo4d.cam and any subdomains thereof.
• "User," "You," or "Member" refers to any individual who registers an account with calo4d or accesses the Platform's services.
• "We," "Us," or "calo4d" refers to the operator of the Platform, including its affiliates, subsidiaries, and authorized partners.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account created by a Member upon successful registration.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, and informational products offered through the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and sabung ayam (online cockfighting streams).
• "Deposit" refers to any transfer of funds from a Member's external payment account (bank, e-wallet, or other) into the Member's calo4d Account balance.
• "Withdrawal" refers to any transfer of funds from a Member's calo4d Account balance to an external payment account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, or other incentive granted by calo4d to a Member, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the calo4d Platform, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must not use the Platform or register an Account.

calo4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

To register an Account and use the Services provided by calo4d, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. calo4d strictly enforces a 21+ age restriction in accordance with Indonesian legal norms and responsible gaming standards. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate Account suspension.
• Jurisdiction: You must be a resident of Indonesia or be physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of Account registration and use. calo4d does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You may not register or use the Platform if you are legally incapacitated, bankrupt, or subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into agreements.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the calo4d Platform. Opening multiple Accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings.
• Self-Exclusion Status: If you have previously self-excluded from calo4d or any affiliated platform, you are not permitted to register a new Account until the self-exclusion period has expired.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

4.2 KYC Verification

calo4d is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, we may request identity verification documents at any time, including:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your name and account details)

Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary or permanent Account restrictions, including suspension of deposit and withdrawal privileges.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. calo4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

calo4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, DANA, GoPay, OVO, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon bank or e-wallet confirmation. calo4d does not charge any deposit fees. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays). Funds are transferred to the bank account or e-wallet registered under your name. calo4d reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals or withdrawals to new payment methods.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

calo4d operates a strict Anti-Money Laundering policy. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before a withdrawal can be requested. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted under any circumstances.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

calo4d offers various bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, expiry dates, and game restrictions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) and must be fulfilled within the specified timeframe. Contributions to wagering requirements vary by game type and are detailed in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

calo4d strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, colluding with other players, using automated betting systems, or engaging in risk-free betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms. Any Member found to be abusing bonuses will have all bonuses, winnings, and Account balances forfeited, and their Account will be permanently closed.

6.4 Bonus Cancellation

calo4d reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculation, calo4d's decision is final and binding.

7. Responsible Gaming

calo4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable Members. We provide a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders after specified periods of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account for a minimum period of 6 months or indefinitely.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the calo4d Platform:

• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's Account
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or identity
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, payment manipulation, or identity theft
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Members or calo4d staff
• Engaging in any activity that violates Indonesian law or international regulations

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and potential legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

calo4d provides the Platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain a secure, stable, and error-free platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, calo4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform
• Unauthorized access to your Account or data
• Technical failures, including server downtime, network disruptions, or data loss
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or payout calculations (subject to correction)
• Loss of winnings due to breach of these Terms or violation of applicable law

In no event shall calo4d's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds held in your Account balance at the time the claim arises.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which calo4d is licensed and regulated.

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team. If informal resolution is not possible, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be determined by mutual agreement or, failing that, by the arbitrator.
